Eleven members of the Friends of Tide Mills held their June meeting yesterday in very warm weather which reduced our meeting to just one hour, but we still managed to collect three bags of litter.

Organised camps have again started to appear, and already there are concerns about the hygiene aspects of these camps. Although Newhaven Port is already aware of these illegal camps and are taking steps to control them, please report any that are of concern either to me or the Port Authority.

Our next meeting is scheduled for the 19th of July.
