Wave Leisure has announced an extensive summer programme, giving children and families the opportunity to enjoy a huge range of sports activities over the summer period.

Children can take part in swimming, trampolining and dodgeball as well as football camps in Peacehaven and South Heighton. There is also the chance to give scuba diving a go with Newhaven Scuba Diving Centre. The classes will allow children to stay active and occupied during the holiday period, as well as socialising and making friends with others.

There are classes available for every age group and skill level, so there’s something for everyone. The sessions will be available in Seaford, Newhaven, Peacehaven, Telscombe and Lewes throughout the School Summer Holiday.

In addition, Wave has planned a variety of activities that families will be able to enjoy together. These holiday sports include table tennis, badminton, swimming and cricket. Playing sports together is one of the best ways for families to spend quality time together.

To encourage participation, Wave is now giving out vouchers offering parents £1 off any Summer Holiday activity across its centres.
