November 29 2016.

There is a public consultation tomorrow, Wednesday the 30th of November,  at the Clinton Centre. It is a drop-in event from 4.30pm to 7 30pm.

Eventually, if approved by a local referendum, the Neighbourhood Plan will very significantly influence planning for the next 15 years or more. Currently, the plan is being drafted by residents and some local councillors.

It is important for everyone who lives in Seaford to get involved and have their say. The plan has focus groups considering the following:

- Housing and development

- Local economy and infrastructure

- Transport and travel

- Environment and countryside
