CTLA TAKES TOP AWARD

July 20 2016.

CTLA (Community Transport) was named the winner of the Best Customer Service award at the Lewes District Business Awards 2016. The event, held at Lewes Town Hall, on Thursday the 14th of July was attended by more than 170 guests and was hosted by former Countryfile presenter, Juliette Morris.

Derek Barnett, CTLA Business Development Manager, said; "We always strive to go the extra mile in customer service. The admin staff never rush calls and our drivers and passenger assistants act as a further level of support and reassurance for families and carers, providing an extra eye on vulnerable or elderly clients. This award recognises the vital input and dedication of all our staff and volunteers and I was delighted to accept it on their behalf."

Commenting on this year’s winners Councillor Andy Smith, Leader of Lewes District Council, said: “Congratulations to all our winners and finalists. It was fantastic to celebrate so many of our great local businesses. The Lewes District Business Awards demonstrates the breadth and scope of businesses in the district. Those honoured are truly deserving of the titles they have been awarded and it was a truly inspirational occasion. I would like to say well done to all those involved.”
