Seahaven Veterans and Armed Forces Day returns to Martello Fields on Saturday the 25th  of June from 11am onwards.

The event focuses on Armed Forces Veterans, Cadets and serving personnel, who will parade at 12 noon. This year the event is raising money for several military charities including Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families, and The Royal British Legion. Donations are welcomed to fundraise the event and the chosen charities. This year's funds are also being raised for commemorative pins for those participating in the parade.

Why not take a picnic to enjoy, or make the most of the onsite catering and make a day of it.

The Martello Fields will also be hosting a variety of community stalls, military forces and cadets as well as their supporting charities.

The Mini Tanks return with the bonus of a military inflatable assault course, as well as military vehicles and a pill box to inspect. This fantastic day brings something for all the family, with the funfair, performances and displays in the arena, a Tug of War and much, much more promised in the mix.

Seaford Town Council and The Royal Society of St George has thanked those businesses who have already pledged funds towards this fantastic event, as well as Newhaven Town Council and Lewes District Council, with special thanks to Badger Inks and Hyundai, the programme sponsors this year.
