CTLA MAKES THE FINALS

CTLA Community Transport has been named as a finalist in the Seahaven Business Awards 2016 for Outstanding Customer Service.


General Manager Derek Barnett said: "As a front line service, all of our staff know the importance of empathy, patience and consistency. They recognise that every client is different and circumstances can change on a daily or weekly basis. Ensuring all needs are met is a key element of our customer service. Our team believes in clear and positive communication and makes honest efforts to find the right answer and solution for every individual."

The award winners will be announced on Friday the 6th of May at Jerome Hall inPeacehaven.
