Lewes District Council and Seaford Town Council are inviting expressions of interest in the potential to create an iconic café and function space on Seaford seafront, in line with wider regeneration ambitions for the town.

This is a preliminary market consultation to ascertain the level of interest and review the options presented, as both councils seek to take forward a viable scheme that will offer new facilities for local residents and visitors.
