A new monthly support group in Seaford for people with bipolar and their friends and relatives opens today, Wednesday the 11th pf November. The group has been founded by local people with bipolar and is supported by national charity Bipolar UK.

The informal group will meet on the second Wednesday of each month at the central Seaford venue: St James' Trust, 11 Blatchinton Road BN25 2AB.

There are already evening Bipolar UK support groups running in Lewes and Brighton.
