Sussex by the Sea is the latest musical production from Seaford Musical Theatre, written and directed by veteran entertainer and performer Graham Tubb, who is well known for his work in music hall and variety. 

The show features a varied selection of songs and dance routines, with some a little more saucy than others, interlaced with jokes and monologues which were all so popular in those far-off days of the end of the pier variety shows. 

The storyline involves a group of Londoners who visit Seaford and whilst appearing a little rough around the edges to the local Seafordians, they all end up on the coach into Brighton to see a show on the Palace Pier. 

The show runs from the 13th through to the 16th of May at The Barn Theatre, Saxon Lane, Seaford. Performances start at 7.30pm with an additional matinee on Saturday at 2.30pm.
