Last Saturday Sylvia Dunn led a willing band of volunteers to clear the build-up of shingle from Seaford promenade ahead of today's wheelchair/mobility walk to Splash Point.

"There was a lot of shingle on the promenade that was making access to Splash Point difficult for residents and visitors, and as I am supporting the walk it was important to get the area cleared in time for today's event," explained Sylvia.

Sylvia would like to say a big thank you to the volunteers who turned up on the day.
