Following the adoption of The Salts Development plan, Seaford Town Council is now well underway with delivering the first aspect of the plan; The Salts Play Area.

Play manufacturers have been invited to tender for the design and installation of the new play area at The Salts and a design brief was produced that took into account the results of the public consultation in the summer of 2013.

The designs are in and we now put it to you, the public, to choose your favourite design from the four submissions. We have not ‘weighted’ the scoring but instead will proceed with the majority result from the public selection.

These designs can be viewed at The Salts Café, Tourist Information Centre Seaford, the Downs Leisure Centre and at Seaford Library. Please be aware that they are subject to opening times. This consultation is running from the 2nd of April through to the19th of April when the survey will close and the winner decided.
