#GiveMe5 – chance for £5 donations to community transport charity to be doubled this week on Wednesday 25th of February.


- Localgiving’s #GiveMe5 match fund will run on February 25th, doubling 1,000 £5 donations made through the website on the day

- Supporters can donate £5 to CTLA for the chance to have it doubled through the campaign

- First #GiveMe5 campaign on 28th January raised £25,000 to benefit 365 groups in just 24 hours

Haven based CTLA, which provides community transport in the local area, is taking part in Localgiving’s #GiveMe5 campaign, offering local supporters the chance to have their donations to the charity doubled.

#GiveMe5 will take place this Wednesday, February the 25th, aiming to inspire support for community-focused charities like CTLA, by doubling 1,000 £5 donations made throughout the day. At the end of the 24-hour match fund period, 1,000 donations will be randomly selected to benefit from an additional £5 of match funding, with successful donors being notified within 48 hours.

CTLA will be using the #GiveMe5 campaign to add to the recently launched ‘Get On Board’ campaign, with the aim of replacing the aged Four Town’s community bus which serves hundreds of residents in Newhaven, Seaford, Peacehaven, Telscombe and East Saltdean.
