HOPE FOR SEAFORD - MAYOR'S CAROL CELEBRATION

November 22 2014.

The Mayor of Seaford’s Christmas Carol Celebration will be held at Seaford Baptist Church, Belgrave Road on the 7th of December at 4.00pm . The service will be presided over by the Reverend Vicky Martin.

Mayor of Seaford, Mark Brown has invited Seaford residents to go along and delight in the festivities, join together in singing carols and lighting a candle for Seaford and to enjoy hot drinks and mince pies after the service. There will also be a retiring collection for the Mayor’s two chosen charities; Seahaven Storehouse and WAVES Family Support.

Mayor Brown said: "I hope that the service will be light hearted and fun whilst remaining within the spirit of Christmas and the celebration of the birth of Jesus, plus the theme of "Hope for Seaford."

During the service there will be three performances by the SPARK 2014 award winning Seaford Musical Theatre Juniors.

This year children are invited to join in the fun by entering the Mayor’s Best Dressed Shepherd’s Competition with a prize up for grabs for the winner.
