The Seaford Autumn Food Swap takes place on the 18th of October at the Seven Sisters Public House, starting at 10.00am.

This is a brilliant opportunity to go along to this community event with your home-grown, home-brewed or home-made delicacies to exchange with others, and go home laden with other lovingly made goodies to stock your cupboards.

It's a free event, no money changes hands. The produce is the only currency.
