Denton and South Heighton (DaSH) JFC U7's striker, Freddie Sharpe, celebrated an amazing achievement of scoring 100 goals in his first season with his junior football club.

Determined to beat his dad Mike's record of 50 goals, Freddie flew past his target with ease during the 13/14 season.

Team manager Jason Novis said: “The whole team has had an absolutely fantastic season and Fred’s personal achievement is a testament to their commitment whilst having lots of fun, getting exercise and building their confidence on the pitch.”
