BISHOPSTONE SUMMER FETE

The ever popular traditional Bishopstone Summer Fete will be held on Saturday the 2nd of August at Bishopstone Green and Parish Hall. It will be opened at 12 noon by Mayor of Seaford, Mark Brown.


As ever, there will be a wide variety of stalls, including books, bric a brac, bottle tombola, cakes and preserves, linens, gifts, plants, toys, raffle and more. For the children there will be a Punch and Judy show plus games and activities. The Seaford Silver Band will be playing along with a vintage fair organ, there will be refreshments, a drinks tent and ice creams. Dog lovers will be pleased to learn that their canine friends are not only welcome, they can also take part in the popular fun dog show.

All this and free car-parking and entrance to the Fete.

All proceeds will go to the general up-keep of the beautiful historic church of St. Andrew in Bishopstone, which will be open throughout the Fete with an opportunity to listen to organ recitals during the afternoon.
