Three Newhaven FC Under 13s players lost their locks on Saturday, when RJS Barbers in Newhaven High Street, shaved their heads in ais of Cancer Research.

Connor Blaydes, Newhaven FC Under 13s captain, Aaron Winsor, Under 13s Player of the Year 2013/2014, and new Under 13s player this year, Hari Johnston, came up with the Shave for Charity idea and have already raised over £500 for Cancer Research and the Martletts.

Aaron has lost his mum, Toni, to cancer in the last two weeks. She was very proud of what they were planning to do, as they thought of it all by themselves .

RJS Barbers joined in and cut the boys hair for free.
