Councillor Mark Brown has been elected as the new Mayor of Seaford for the 2013/2014 municipal year, following the resignation of Anthony White.

The Mayor’s two charities will be WAVES, (Working Along Side Voluntary Enabling Services), and Seahaven Storehouse.
WAVES is situated at 8 Church Street and supports families in Seaford who are encountering difficulties. Seahaven Storehouse provides basic food items to individuals and families in need within the Seahaven area and is located at Kings Well, 115-117 Vale Road, Seaford.

The new Mayor will be supported by his wife, Vera who will formally be known as the Mayoress.
