SEAFORD TOWN COUNCIL LEADER CALLS PUBLIC MEETING

January 22 2014.

Following the recent spell of accusations, resignations, calls for further resignations, calls for an Audit, and various proposed plans for the future of the council, the leader of Seaford Town Council has called an open forum meeting for councillors and the public this Saturday, (January the 25th), at 10.00am at the St James Trust in Blatchington Road, Seaford.

Deputy leader of the council Barry Burfield explains: "The forum will be a ‘drop-in’ type event during which local residents may come at any time between 10.00am and noon to talk to their local town councillors about their concern over recent press articles. It is an opportunity for councillors to listen to local people about the issues."

Will the venue be big enough?
