NEWHAVEN WEST BEACH - SUPREME COURT GRANTS PERMISSION TO APPEAL

The Supreme Court has now granted permission for the application by NPP to appeal against the decision made by the Court of Appeal on the 27th of March 2013.
Nothing further will be known, such as the date for the hearing, until NPP has confirmed that it wishes to continue with its appeal.
NPP is required to formally notify the Court later this month.
