Newhaven Twinning Association successfully hosted its fifth and final Quiz Night of the year at The Hillcrest Centre in Newhaven last Friday evening.

June Bradbury set the questions and acted as quiz-master and the winning team was “Pas Parfait”.

The next Newhaven Twinning Association event is the Beetle Drive on Friday the  22nd of November at the 3rd Newhaven Scout Hut in Fort Road. Fun for all ages is promised.

Newhaven has been twinned with La Chapelle Saint Mesmin for two years and the association now has a membership of around 70, who enjoy the experience of visiting France and living the French way and also showing our friends from La Chapelle the delights of Sussex by the Sea and the English way of life.
