The Newhaven Chamber of Commerce is very pro-active in arranging regular speakers of note to give presentations at the Newhaven Enterprise Centre and is now inviting local businesses to attend its next presentation on Tuesday the 10th of September at 6.00pm.

The speaker is Penina Shepherd, the founder of Acumen Business Law, an award-winning and creative law firm.

Penina was voted Entrepreneur of the Year in 2012-2013 by the British Chamber of Commerce, after she set up her firm from scratch during the on-going difficult economic climate. It now has grown substantially to look after over 600 corporate clients.

Penina has over 15 years of experience, both as a solicitor and a barrister, and her company is listed in the FT's Top 50 Law Firms in the UK. She is a renowned inspirational speaker and the Newhaven Chamber of Commerce claim that all who attend will benefit from listening to her.

The evening will have time before and after Penina's speech for networking.

The event includes wine and nibbles, is free for Chamber members and only £10 for non-members.
