Well known conservationist and Newhaven Councillor, Graham Amy, will be giving a slide show presentation at Newhaven Fort, tomorrrow Wednesday the 24th of July, entitled "Badgers in Your Garden".
 
The presentation will start at 7.30pm and will last about an hour, plus time for questions.

The presentation will be free, but donations to the Castle Hill Group would be welcome. There is no entrance fee to the Fort so if you are interested in the secret lives of badgers in Newhaven then why not go along.
 
Graham has been Chair of the South Downs Badger Group for the last 15 years and Chair of the Castle Hill Nature Reserve for 13 years, and so if you have an interest in wildlife in the local area the talk is a must. Graham will discuss many of the controversial subjects such as the government's badger cull, bovine TB, development near badger setts, the protection of badgers, and so on.
 
There will also be other experts from the Castle Hill Group who can talk about the flora and fauna and geology of the area.
