June 21 2013.

Seaford police have released a CCTV image in the hope of identifying two people who they would like to speak to following the theft of a pair of sunglasses from Specsavers on Monday 10 June.

Sergeant Stuart Mullins from Seaford Neighbourhood Police Team said: "We would like to speak to the man and woman in the right hand side of the image in order to eliminate them from our enquiries. If you are one of the people in the image or you recognise them then please get in touch. You can call 101 quoting serial 1142 of 18/6 or alternatively leave an anonymous message with the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."

At around 3.00pm a man aged between 20-30 and a woman aged between 18-25, entered the Specsavers store on Broad Street and proceeded to view a stand of sunglasses. A short time later the shop assistant noticed that a £125 pair of Osiris sunglasses had been taken from the same stand and an old pair of non designer glasses had been left in their place.
