The Seaford Musical Theatre Group has been awarded funds from the Co-operative Membership Community Fund to replace and install new equipment at the Barn Theatre in Saxon Lane, Seaford, the home to the Seaford Community Cinema, award winning SMT Juniors and venue for many musical and theatrical events and other community groups.

The fund is made up from donated membership points, (profit share), from Co-op customers and awarded to local community causes.
 
The first show to benefit from the new equipment will be the fundraising show for Help Our Wounded (Royal Marines Charity) - One Night With Elvis, by tribute artist Rob Willis on Saturday May the 25th. Tickets are £10 and can be purchased online at www.ticketsource.co.uk/event/34470
