The Mayor of Newhaven's Charity Night - In aid of Newhaven community responders. 7.30pm. Newhaven Social Club. Disco, BBQ, Raffle.

Bay Tree Inn - Help For Heroes Weekend. Whole weekend of events to raise money for Help for Heroes,including the Bay Tree Boozers 12hr sponsored dart marathon with guests, amazing local dj's spinning the turntables over two nights,meat raffle, a mega raffle,face painting,karaoke and more...

Saturday 4th
Bishopstone May Fair - Bishopstone Parish Hall and Village Green. A traditional country village fair. Brass band, lifeguard demonstration, line dancing performance, model railway display together with barbeque and refreshments, raffle, tombola and various games and attractions. A lovely afternoon out for the whole family. Free entry and ample free parking.

Seaford Community Garden at the Crouch - See what's new in the Community Garden.10.30am until 3.30pm.

Saturday 4th - Thursday 9th
Seaford 7 Art Exhibition. An exhibition of paintings by seven Seaford artists at the Crypt Gallery in Seaford. Open Daily fro 10.30am - 4.30pm. Free Admission. Exhibiting Artists: Bill Burchell, Rosemary Drysdale, Jean Fletcher, Mike Harrison, Loraine Hopley, Mary Plant, Jeremy Sales. RLNI Lifeboat Charity Fundraiser  at The Hope -   2.00pm Table Top Sale. Just take your table along and sell your wares. A table space costs just £5.00. Haven Harmonies will also be performing and there are traditional pub games and Karaoke in the evening

Monday 6th
Mule Kickers at The Ark
- 1.00pm-5.00pm

Healthy Walk and Family Picnic - Anyone of any age can go along free of charge and all they need to bring is their own picnic lunch and drink and to wear flat shoes. Meet on Huggetts Green on the West Quay at 11.30am and walk to the beach and back - a flat route that lasts about an hour.
