HOLIDAY HAPPENINGS CONTINUE

The Easter holiday action continues today, and indeed every day until April the 14th at Paradise Park, with the Easter Extravaganza offering an Easter Bunnie hunt throughout the Heritage Trail and Gardens (pictured above). One lucky spotter will win a prize for finding all the bunnies. There are also Easter Workshops in the playzone area and children have the chance to do some egg decorating and face painting, (1st -5th April & 8th -12th April), running between 11.00am and 3.00pm.

Up at Newhaven Fort, the  'Hands on History'  event contiunes until tomorrow, with fun activities for all ages, including WW2 paintball guns, leatherworking and make your own gas mask. The Newhaven Fort Easter Quiz Trail starts from tomorrow and runs every day throughout the holidays. The Jaws 'n' Claws Animal Handling Workshops run at 1.30pm and 2.45pm tomorrow - but you must book for these. To find out more about the Fort call 01273 517622, e-mail: info@newhavenfort.org.uk or visit: www.newhavenfort.org.uk  

On the musical front Sam Hughes is playing at the Hampden Arms in  South Heighton today from 3.30pm. The 15 year old local lad is playing keyboards and singing Elton John numbers. Get up there and sing along.
