NEWHAVEN COUNCIL WINS BEACH APPEAL

Newhaven Town Council has today won the latest round in the long fight to re-open the West Beach, following an announcemnt at the High Court in London. Newhaven Port and Properties closed the beach in 2008 for safety reasons and can still appeal this latest decision and so the story is set to run.
