SAM JONES SHOW SUCCESS

March 12 2013.

Comedy magician Sam Jones had his audience both spell-bound and roaring with laughter at his sold out two-act family show at the Barn Theatre, Seaford last Saturday, the 9th of March.

The audience learned that the 'politically correct' term for puppets was now 'Little Fabric People', as he introduced children's favourites Baby Leo and Teenager Connor in between comedy sketches and amazing magic tricks.

'Spitting Image' style puppet, the out-of work-actor Johnny, delighted the older generation with his 'Roger Moore' style deep tones and Sam showed off his ventriloquism skills with an amazingly tuneful 'classical' song leading into an hilarious 'hip-hop' send up.

Sam and his producer Ben Stevens, who also takes part in the show, have an excellent performing relationship and make an ideal comedy duo.

Audience members, both young and old, enjoyed going up on stage for magic tricks and sketches, including a hilarious knife-throwing routine, a disappearing £20 note and a magical flying duck.

The Sam Jones Show will be appearing at other Sussex venues in the summer and early booking is highly recommended.
