IT'S PANTO TIME IN SEAFORD

January 12 2012.

Its Panto time in Seaford again! Oh yes it is, as Seaford Musical Theatre present Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, a traditional pantomime by Alan Frayn at The Barn Theatre in Saxon Lane.

Shana Edwards in her first leading role stars as the beautiful Snow White, callously murdered with a poisoned apple by Avarice, the wicked queen, played by Sue James.

Principal Boy, Julie Terry, as the handsome Prince Ferdinand, saves the day with a kiss and Snow White returns to life. The couple are pronounced King and Queen and Avarice is banished to work for the rest of her life in the diamond mine.

Laughs abound from Edna the Dame (Robert Horscroft) and Chuckles, (Shar Turnbull). The Hilarious Pantomime Fairy is played by Angie Wright.

The Barn Theatre also welcomes some new faces, with experienced director Tony Betts and musical direction by Margaret Farmiloe.

The shows runs from the 23rd to 27th of  January, with matinee performances on Saturday and Sunday. Adults £9, Children £6, Family tickets £25.
