December 7 2012.The Christmas season gets into top gear this weekend with both Newhaven and Seaford town centres offering special shopping events. On top of that we have the usual fine mix of music, arts and fairs. So wrap-up and get out there and enjoy your Haven weekend! The
Seaford Christmas Outdoor Fair and Late Night Shopping starts at 5.00pm, with lots of outdoor stalls in Broad Street and the Seaford Farmers Indoor Christmas Market at the Clinton Centre.
Newhaven has its fair share of fun and music with the
Maestro Academy Players end of year concert at the
Meeching Hall,
Fat Belly Jones playing live at
The Hope from 8.30pm and
Zed's Dead at the
Hampden Arms from 9.00pm.
Saturday morning and don't forget the
bridge at 5.50am if you are naughty and coming home late or good and going out early.
Saturday continues for the shoppers in
Newhaven at the town's
Christmas Extravaganza in the
High Street from 9.00am through to 4.00pm. It's also the
Newhaven Mencap Christmas Fair at the
Riverside Hall from 10.00am to 3.00pm
Over in Seaford and it's the
Parish Christmas Warm-up at
St Leonard's Hall from 10.00am to 12 noon.
On to the evening and
Alter Ego are playing live at
The Ark from 9.00pm and
That Should Cover It stay busy with a gig at
The Cinque Ports from 9.00pm.
Sundays start to warm up with an afternoon session with
Driving Miss Daisy at the
Old Boot Inn from 4.00pm to 6.00pm.
