Once again Seaford's shopping streets will be filled with festive cheer on Friday the 7th of December as the Seaford Christmas Magic and Late night Shopping event takes place from 5.00pm through to 9.00pm, with many of the town centre shops open for Christmas shopping.

Broad Street, Place Lane, High Street and Sutton Road will close to all traffic at 2.30pm to allow stalls and entertainment areas to be set up. The fun begins at 5.00pm with the opening of stalls selling food and gifts and helping local community and charitable organisations raise essential funds to support their services.

Father Christmas will join the Mayor of Seaford to perform the big switch on at 5.30pm outside of Barclay's Bank. He will then welcome children to his grotto in Redgold Opticians.

Funfair rides will return to the side streets adding to the festive fun alongside street performances by choirs, singers and other entertainers.
