The Engineer Charity Bash is up and rocking down at Railway Road in Newhaven this afternoon. The Riffz kicked it all off at around 2.30pm and Shot Rod, The Fabulous Baker Boys, The Rockits, The Firm and Random are all waiting in the wings to keep the music and the dancing flowing right though to around 11.30 tonight.

On top of the music there is a giant Hog Roast, a BBQ, Face Painting, Cake Stall, Hog Roast, Raffle and a Bouncy Castle.

As ever it is a real family affair and a great atmosphere with plenty to keep the kids happy while the adults listen to the music. Entrance is just £4.00 for adults, with under 14s free. You get a wrist band, so you can come and go as you please. 

All proceeds are going to local charities; Haydn's Wish and Chailey Heritage.
