It's a busy time down at Newhaven harbour. Following on from the earlier news that the Railway Quay work is to start next Monday, comes news that works will also commence on Monday on the refurbishment of the West Pier Signal Station Mast.

These works will involve grit blasting, hot work and spray painting.

For the safety of the public and their vehicles, the eastern end of the Western Promenade has today been fenced off and warning signs posted.
