The secretary of Denton and South Heighton Junior Football Club, Paula Woolven, was delighted to find that she was one of four winners in a national McDonalds competition to have a football ambassador visit her club.

DaSH JFC will welcome either Pat Jennings, Ian Rush, Eric Harrison or Sir Geoff Hurst to their home ground at The Hollow in the near future for a fun day of football. They have also just been awarded a renewed Charter Standard Certificate from the Sussex FA noting high overall standards in grassroots football.
