What a wonderful positive view from Paul.

Free parking for the first hour would help enormously to encourage people to at least stop and come into the town.

Personally I refuse to pay to park in a town which has nothing to offer. You can park FREE for 2-3 hours anywhere in Seaford, which has far more to offer - so there is a start to ensouraging people into Newhaven.

We also need street market traders twice a week, and with free parking that just might start the ball rolling?!
