Please ignor our earlier story posted under the headline SEAFORD COUNCIL DATES. We managed to combine two e-mails from Seaford and Newhaven Town Councils....  

The Town Council surgery at the Lewes Road hut, Lewes Road Recreation Ground, tomorrow, (Saturday 21st), from 10.00am through to 12.30pm is, of course a NEWHAVEN TOWN COUNCIL surgery, not Seaford Town Council as we published. This is an opportunity for Newhaven residents to meet their local councillors and raise any issues they would like to talk to them about. Like misinformation in the media perhaps... No appointment is necessary.

Seaford Town Council has advised  that in order to avoid conflicting with the Seaford By Election being held on Thursday 26 April, the Planning and Highways Committee meeting scheduled for that day has now been moved toTuesday 24 April at 7.00pm at the Council Chamber, 37 Church Street, Seaford.

Finally, Seaford Town Council is holding its Town Forum on Tuesday 1st of May from 7.00pm at the Council Chamber, 37 Church Street, Seaford. All Seaford residents are welcome to attend.
