Newhaven Football Club has been working with Lewes District Council to gain agreement for improvements to the club's stadium in Court Farm Road and the facilities leased to the club.

The plan over the next five years is to build a community football club with the support of its sponsor, the Trafalgar Group, which will help the club compete at a higher level and contribute to the town's regeneration plans by providing a community hub and facilities for other groups to use.
