The Seaford Mayor's Select XI played the Seaford Town Veterans on Sunday 25th March at the Crouch Gardens as part of the Mayor's Mad March Marathon to raise funds for WAVES Family Support Service.

The score at the end of full time was 2-2, but a penalty shootout saw the match awarded to the Mayor's Select XI with a final 5-3 score line.

It was reported to be an excellent game, played in good spirits, on a lovely sunny day. The Mayor of Seaford, Councillor Linda Wallraven, thanked the Seaford Town Football Club members and supporters and her Select XI for all their enthusiasm.
