Newhaven Port & Properties has this afternoon released its 'Masterplan' for 2012.

The Masterplan details the strategic objectives of the port for the coming years, including maintaining the ferry route and taking advantage of the port's ideal location to support the construction of offshore wind farms. It also highlights how such development would lead to a sustainable future for the port itself and Newhaven as a whole.
