VOLUNTEERS AND ‘RUBBISH’ NEEDED AT SEAFORD HEAD

November 1 2011

Seaford Head Community College needs your help for two of its artistic productions.

From the 4th until the 10th of November, students' artwork will be on display at the Crypt Gallery in Seaford. The school is in need of adult helpers to steward the event and would be grateful of any amount of time that can be given up.

The drama department also quite literally needs your rubbish in order to stage its version of The Jungle Book, set in an urban jungle. Part of the set design requires a lot of uncrushed drinks cans, so if you have any that you were planning to recycle, they would love to take them off your hands! Rinsed out cans can be sent into the school, (with your children if they are a pupils), in a bag for the drama department. Rest assured that all set and prop items will be recycled at the end of their use.

To volunteer as a gallery steward, contact James Grover by e-mailing groverj@seafordhead.e-sussex.sch.uk  or by telephoning Seaford Head on 01323 891623.
