Local teenagers are being given the opportunity to take part in a series of free football sessions starting today, led by coaches from Brighton and Hove Albion.

The sessions, which are open to all young people aged between 11 and 18, will be taken by community coaches Jamie Boyd and Gary Hart, an ex Albion player.

Organiser Abi Thomas said "The sessions are a chance for young people who enjoy football to have an informal kick around and hopefully learn some new skills from qualified Albion coaches".

The course will run on Monday afternoons, from today, October 10th, for ten weeks at Tideway School Sports Hall. There's no need to book and all sessions are free, so get over there this afternoon from 4.30pm until 5.30pm to learn from the best.
