THE ENGINEER HOSTS CHARITY MUSIC FESTIVAL

The Engineer pub in Railway Road, Newhaven, is getting ready to host a fun-packed music festival in aid of Searchlight on Saturday 17th September.

The festival is set to feature a fantastic live music line-up, showcasing some of the best local talent, with music ranging from fifties Rock n' Roll through to reworked pop classics. Acts include Welcome To Nutsville, Kangaroo Juice, Stash, DC & The Topcat's, Random and The Caution.

With food and drink served all day, a BBQ, raffle, tombola and kids games, it's sure to be a fantastic event for all the family.

Festivities kick-off at 2pm and wrap up around 11pm, with free entry for under 14s and £3 for everyone else. Proceeds will be donated to Searchlight, a local Newhaven charity offering a residential, day care and respite centre for adults with physical and/or learning disabilities.

So get yourselves down to The Engineer on the 17th - It's all for a great local cause!
