The Fete de Newhaven brought a little taste of France to a bustling town centre yesterday, Saturday 3rd September.
French market-sellers joined the regular Saturday high street market traders to offer a variety of traditional produce such as fresh baguettes, cheeses, saucisson, garlic, wines and honey.
Whilst mum and dad were busily stocking the larder, at the bottom end of the high street, a small number of attractions and activities for the members of the family served to bring a friendly family atmosphere to the event.
