SUPPORT SEAFORD MOTORFEST


August 3 2015.

Plans are progressing well for the 2015 Seaford Motorfest, that takes place at the Martello Fields on Sunday the 23rd of August from 11.00am through to 8.00pm.


The drive-in action starts with a motorcycle run, with the bikers meeting at Newhaven McDonalds at 11.15am and setting off for Seaford at 11.30am

Stall application forms are available from the above email address. Stall prices are: £15 Charity/Voluntary or £10 Charity/Voluntary if can help by supplying a marshal between 11.00am and 12noon when motorcycles arrive. £40 Business/Commercial.

Stall Holders may leave the field from 4.00pm if they do not wish to stay on into the evening

The Motorfest Programme
The organisers are looking for motor stories or pictures for the Motorfest Programme and advertising space is available at; Quarter page £35, Half page £55, Full Page £100. Email motorfest@seafordcommunityeventscommittee.co.uk

Proceeds will be going back into the Seaford Community Events Committee fund to finance future events, with a donation to the Mayor's Charity.

Volunteers for marshal duties are invited at motorfest@seafordcommunityeventscommittee.co.uk
