ROTARY CLUB OF SEAFORD BOOT FAIR - October 11th

The popular Rotary Club of Seaford Car Boot, Craft & Produce Fair will take place on Sunday the 11th of October on Martello Fields at Seaford, opening to the public at 9.00am.


The limit on the number of stalls has been increased to 70.

Members of the Public
1. Entry to the Martello West field by members of the public will be from the south-west access point to the Field (near the Martello Tower). The entry/exit point for pedestrians on the east side of the Field will be closed.

2. No more than 150 members of the public will be permitted on the Field at any one time

3. Members of the public should wear a face covering. Our advertising boards show this requirement.

4. A “one-way” system of arrows marked on the Field will guide the public around the stalls.

5. Exit from the Martello West field by members of the public will be by the pedestrian gate at the north-west of the Field.

6. Hand sanitising units for the public will be positioned around that site with signage encouraging their use.

7. Car parking for Blue Badge holders will be available in the West field accessed via the gate on the east side of the Field; public car parking will be permitted in the East Martello Field until 13:00.


Stalls and Stallholders
1. Excluding the Rotary stall, the limit on the number of stalls will be fixed at 70. Each stall is to be manned by no more than 2 people.

2. The entrance gate will be opened when the setup of the Field has been completed. This will be after 07.30. You are requested not to queue in College Road or Cricketfield Road to avoid irritating other road users and local residents.

3. Stallholders should bring hand sanitiser(s) for their and members of the public use.

4. All stallholders should wear a face covering and disposable gloves.

5. Stallholders will not be permitted to leave before 12.30 to minimise the risk from congregating of pedestrians.
