Following on from the public consultation in late 2017 on the draft Neighbourhood Plan documents, the Seaford Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group will be meeting next Tuesday, the 21st ofAugust, at the Council Chambers, 37 Church Street. The meeting will start at 7.00pm.
 
The Neighbourhood Planning Team have completed their further work, considering the Grand Avenue sites to be designated as a Local Green Space, as requested by the public in the consultation exercise conducted last December. The Steering Group will be asked to make a decision on this at the meeting.

The Steering Group will also be considering a revised Sustainability Appraisal prepared by consultants. As both these matters will include discussions of specific sites, the public cannot be present for this part of the meeting, although the overall approach to progressing the plan will be covered with the public present and there will be an opportunity for the public to ask questions.
