A photographic exhibition featuring Studio Tempo and the two sisters who have taught dancing in Newhaven for the past sixty years will open at the Newhaven Museum at Paradise Park at 11.00am this Saturday, the 3rd of August.

Since 1953, Jean and Margaret Cantell have taught every style of dance from Ballroom to Latin to Disco to Tap to Line-Dancing, and have appeared on BBC Television programmes Blue Peter and Come Dancing. They are hoping that lots of their former pupils, adults and children, will come along to the museum to meet up again and share some of their memories.

Anyone with photographs of their dancing is asked to take themalong so that they can be copied and added to the exhibition.

The exhibition will be opened with a special dancing display outside the museum.

Admission to the museum will be free of charge throughout the day.
